Karen Bradley is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over two decades of experience transforming ideas into impactful products, programs, and strategies that drive innovation, customer engagement, and business growth. Her career spans iconic brands and mission-driven organizations, including Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Northwestern Mutual, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), where she currently serves as Vice President of Product Management.
At CPI, Karen leads product strategy, using market research, and customer insights—fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration. She has successfully overseen the launch of several new training programs and new editions to Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, CPI's cornerstone product.
Prior to CPI, Karen helped Northwestern Mutual pivot toward a culture of continuous learning, implementing enterprise-wide strategies rooted in Lean, Agile, and Prosci® Change Management practices. Her earlier tenure at Harley-Davidson was equally trailblazing—guiding global retail transformation initiatives, spearheading revenue-driving consulting programs, and rolling out standardized operations across an international dealership network.

She is known for leading with optimism, clarity, and purpose—bringing teams together, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results. Whether she's consulting on retail systems for nonprofits or guiding Fortune 500 teams through change, Karen is relentlessly focused on creating meaningful impact.
Karen holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is certified in Prosci® Change Management, SAFe Agilist, and CAPM®. A lifelong learner and avid traveler, she brings cultural curiosity and a global lens to every project she leads.

Jeff Schill currently serves as the Vice President of Training at Crisis Prevention Institute. Before coming to CPI, he worked for over 12 years in education as a High School Social Studies teacher and the director of an after-school learning center that served students with educational and behavioral needs. He has a master’s degree from National Louis University and an MFA in creative writing from Vermont College. Jeff has been with CPI for eighteen years and currently teaches CPI’s Verbal InterventionTM, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention®, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® With Intermediate Physical Skills, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® With Advanced Physical Skills, Autism Specialty Topic, and Classroom CultureTM courses.
