If you need to cancel or transfer your registration for Conference or any of the add-on programs, please contact us as soon as possible.
If Conference registration is canceled 90 or more days before July 6, 2025 (on or before April 7, 2025)
Fully refundable or transferable to another individual.
If Conference registration is canceled within 89 days of July 6, 2025 (on or before April 8, 2025)
Non-refundable; however, a substitute can be sent to Conference.
If program registration is canceled 60 or more days before July 6, 2025 (on or before May 7, 2025)
Fully refundable, transferable to another individual, or transferable to a program later.
If program registration is canceled within 59 days of July 6, 2025 (on or before May 8, 2025)
Non-refundable; however, a substitute can be sent to that program, or the registration can be transferred to another CPI program conducted within four months of the original program date for a $35 USD/$40 CAD administrative fee.
If you do not attend
You are responsible for the full Conference and/or program fee.
